North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials
The NC Early Childhood credential is obtained through the Early Childhood II class. Note–Early Childhood I is a prerequisite.
Also, by successfully completing Early Childhood Education I and Early Childhood Education II with a grade of “B” or higher in each course and a score of 93 or higher on the End of Course Assessments, a high school student may earn college credit for EDU 119 – Introduction to Early Childhood Education through the NC High School to Community College Articulation Agreement.
